I am a licensed clinical psychologist & the founder of OnlyApproved, an online education platform created to help people move beyond simply "checking a box" & toward meaningful, lasting change. For over two decades, my work has focused on mental health, trauma, & behavior change. I am the owner and clinical director of a multi-provider mental health group practice, where my team & I work daily with individuals navigating stress, conflict, accountability, & personal growth. Much of this work has involved helping people understand the "why" behind their actions - not just the consequences. OnlyApproved was born from a simple realization: many court-mandated & educational programs meet requirements, but fail to truly engage or help people change. I wanted to create courses that are different - courses that are grounded in clinical expertise, psychology, & real-world application, while still being clear, accessible, & fully compliant with court standards. Every OnlyApproved course is thoughtfully designed to educate, increase insight, & support growth - whether someone is here because they are required to be, or because they want to be. This platform reflects the same philosophy that guides my clinical work: when people feel understood rather than judged, real change becomes possible.
